Using Action Replay Codes on your R4/M3 Simply

I am having trouble. I have followed every step and I am still not able to get the "Y" cheat message to show up. Can you help?

 

hey guys i have a easier way to get the cheats to appear. go to this site and download the cheat data file and drop it into the _system_ folder in your m3 (i'm not sure if R4 has one or not) and then it should work. here is the link to the site http://gbatemp.net/index.php?dlcategory=57

haha no problem. I'm glad your as happy and relieved as i was when i realized why the cheats started working for me without following the steps on this thread. Took me a while though.

I think it was because i re downloaded the moonshell files (that were newer) and it came with a cheat file (unlike the old one) or something i did with AR triggered it, or both. idk. anyways enjoy the cheats everyone

 

i don't understand the last step, i'm new anyway but i want cheats for Pokemon Pearl. i am at the folder Local Codelist but there are 6 files there. what to do with them. Please tell it in some words that aren't hard since im netherlands and im 12

 

Please Help!!!! I did everything your guide said to do and put the stuf on my R4 but it still doesn't work. Please help once more!!!

 

If the firmware is in a folder called "English" (or what not), please drag the files from it to the root of your R4 card.

i followed all the steps as said but when i try to click y to enter cheats for a game, it does nothing. not even the icon to click y comes up. there is a CHEAT file already in the system folder and i move the file usrcheat there next to it. im guessing the ".dat" part naturally disappears cause ive types in "usrcheat.dat" like that a bunch of times and the .dat falls off. im useing a chneat editor v1.01 and oddly my sonic rush game is the only 1 that has cheats for it but its in i think chinese words.

for the last 2 years the i could input hacks now a of the sudden i get the new pokemon game and wadda ya know it doesn't work.
ive tried all kinds of stuff now im resorting to the place where i learned how to input Ar into my R4 in the forst place............

When i try to download the Cheat Code Editor, it says it's a music file and tells me to save it in itunes.

How do i get Pokemon Pearl/Diamond to work? When I placed it into my R4, Everything works except for Pokemon Diamond/Pearl. What happened?

 

I know this is for the R4 or M3 but is it possible to do AR for the DSTT?

ok so i have a R4 SDHC, and i cant get this to work the cheats only show up for a few games

 

i dled the code manager but there no subscriptions there. eg Codejunkies US Game. how do i get one?
