Thought I might try and set a trend for this thread - compile a list of 100 or so songs (I've gone a little over) selecting your favourite (or one of your favourites) from each artist. Be interesting to see if anyone's music taste is as absurdly diverse as mine... .38 Special - Hold On Loosely 808 State - Pacific Aphex Twin - Alberto Balsalm Art of Noise - Motive ATB - Long Way Home Athlete - Street Map Basement Jaxx - Bingo Bango Bass 305 - Cutting Rhythms Bat For Lashes - Daniel Beach Boys - The Nearest Faraway Place Beastie Boys - Intergalactic Blue Oyster Cult - In Thee Bob Marley - Waiting in Vain Breaking Benjamin - Forget It Brian Kahanek - Gemini BT - The Antikythera Mechanism Cat Stevens - Rubylove Coldplay - Warning Sign Command & Conquer Red Alert Soundtrack - Vector Crash Test Dummies - Mm mm mm mm Crowded House - Fall at your feet Daft Punk - Veridis Quo David Gray - Alibi Davy Spillane - Big Sea Dido - Sand in My Shoes Dream Theater - Octavarium Duran Duran - Ordinary World Elton John - Grey Seal Embrace - Natures Law Enya - Only time Eric Clapton - Tears in Heaven Edward Elgar - Enigma Variations X: Nimrod Empire of The Sun - We Are The People Explosions in The Sky - So Long, Lonesome Faithless - Insomnia Fatboy Slim - Praise You Feeder - Piece by Piece Final Fantasy VII OCRemix CD2/04 - Mustin - Serenity Fleet Foxes - English House Fleetwood Mac - Big Love Foo Fighters - On The Mend Gallagher & Lyle - I wanna Stay With You Gary Jules - Mad World Genesis - Many Too Many George Harrison - My Sweet Lord George Michael - The Strangest Thing Gerry Rafferty - Moonlight and Gold Gladiator Soundtrack - Now We Are Free Gnarls Barkley - Who Cares Godspeed You! Frankie Goes to Hollywood - Relax LOL, I listen to a lot of 80's and early 90's. Infact, I even go beyond it. I like Pink Floyd a great deal! Infact here is a good one. Pink Floyd - Terminal Frost (album: Momentary Lapse Of Reason) Although, it is an 80's album. 87 if memory serves. VERY good album. I have a pretty diverse collection. Im extremely open minded about music. I especially love instrumentals though. The link for Pink Floyd is a VERY good instrumental! Metallica has some good ones too. I listen to just about anything. I steer clear of country for the most part though LOL!
Sam my list would be way more diverse that yours but i have been collecting music 2X longer than you have been alive lol. we could post screen shots of our I-Tunes libary but mine would take up 15 to 20 pages of the thread and take way to much time
