    I'm siding with Dvdback23 here, mainly because apple's service SUCKS @SS *, and i'm no fan of iTunes, and since the ipod doesn't work too well with winamp...
    Well, let's say i'm not too charmed with the ipod.

    -----------------------------------------------------------
    *try getting an extended warranty, then get a cracked screen on an ipod mini, and have them tell you that even though you payed like 60 bucks for extra warranty, they wont fix it, and have them offer you a refurbed mini for 70 bucks, and have them tell you that excludes shipping...
    If after that, you still like apple, good for you.

    i would buy that new mp3 player made by m$ the zume i think its called or u coukd buy my xbox live account my team has a ridiculous amount of fan boys i am always getting my inbox filed with fan mail i will let u have my fame and sell u my account for $75 pm me if u wanna buy it ;-D

    You might wanna rethink that.....Ipod was only the first of its kind.....They are coming out with alot of mp3 players that are capable of being better than ipod. And stop with the gay stuff and I HATE XBOX stuff...Do yo think he won't get an xbox because you hate it..

    @ DVDBack23 -- (on page 1) -- im with lethal. after all i just wrote a 16 page essay on how the ipod whips the vision: m's ass, for product design (a course that only around 2.75% of people can get into).

    i don't have it anymore, as i hade to hand it in to get marked. (this was about 3 months ago). ohh, and guess what else... i got top marks in the class! it was about 90.4%!

    so, HA!

    i think you need some evedence now...

    @thecraigc....my friend, ALWAYS keep copies of your papers on disc and save them in case the teacher/professor doesn't hand them back. I can't tell you how often I've submitted the same paper twice either with no revisions at all or with minor ones. It isn't cheating in the least if the material is appropriate and you wrote it in the first place. If she/he doesn't give it back and you have use for it sometime, you'll kick yourself. I learnt that one the hard way.

    The iPod is not, pound for pound, better than everything else on the market.

    It's cutting-edge, and the interface is second to none. Also, it sync's nicely with iTunes.
