Can I just say something off-topic slightly? I'm a pretty patient guy (heck, I've lived in a car for 2 weeks while going to college and shrugged it off!), but I have a bit of a problem with most users on forums: [bold]Learn To USE spaces, capitals, and proper etiquette, damnit![/bold] I am very tired of going through the forums, and finding all this crap that I wouldn't force my worst enemy to read! There's only so much that a person can take of a block of text that has no meaning, and it looks God-awful to even stare at! I've seen so many people just write up a storm, only to ruin it by giving it no spaces between changing situations, no thought of proper capitalization and spacing, and string it together in a totally incomprehensible jumble of text that takes up over 3/4 of a page. I know this is just a forum, and it IS the Internet, but come on, try to at least [bold]tell[/bold] us what you're trying to say! I don't have the time to try to decode what the f*ck you're trying to say while dropping the F-bomb left and right. I'm not dissing anybody who is still learning the language, or someone impaired, but I'm just referring to the rest of the people who are just lazy thereafter. Please! If you're a user who can actually type over 25GWAM without errors, then at least make the effort of forming a proper reply!
Well, I can still try in a 3-hour speech on Fridays. Man, I keep seeing it over and over again! People keep coming up with very original responses of pretty high intelligence, but keep ruining it by placing random jibberish in with it. Ohh! And the flames! Just look at some of the comments dipicted towards some members in the Maxell 300GB HVD article! It's ridiculous! Everybody has their own opinions, but you don't have to go out of your way to make them look bad! I keep seeing it all over the place. I do it sometimes too, but I do it light-heartedly and try to tell them both sides of the story, but most people don't want to hear the other side; they keep referring to their side as the better position. There is no difference! We all go through the same thing at one time or another, but rarely do many people like to acknowledge that. This is supposed to be a friendly community, where we help eachother and try to give insight on our own personal experiences. It's not like we're going to cut off your hand if you have a seperate set of beliefs, we're just saying to keep in mind that people have feelings just like you, so remember to treat others as you would like to be treated by others.
