    Even though it was a little indiscretion and a bending of forum rules, the original post still broke them and DaOst should stand and take it like a man. After all so far things have been rather good natured when compared to posts of late. So DaOst, good luck and batten down the hatches, put your head between your legs and kiss your a$$ good bye.

    I have come to the fact I do not like the chewing out threads..
    Ether you ban the guy or send him a pm to straighten him out and ask him To edit his thread..

    All this cause's is hostility animosity and bitterness.. between members..
    I use to be a part of the chewing out,no more!
    my 2 cents


    note;i read a bunch of DaOsT posts and most of them are good posts..
    why drive him away from afterdawn?

    It's hardly hostile in here.. it's all just handbags. I've been in many a thread worse than this in the past, where ppl just couldn't let things lie...

    (i'm making a generalisation here btw) at the end of the day if we have to put up with irrelevance/spam/abuse/ignorance/racism/piracy/religious hatred/politics/etc/etc on a TECHNICAL forum, rubbish threads/posters deserve a little rubbing of noses in it. As someone who posts indepth techie work stuff on sites where you just don't get Roger Irrelevants, they have to be dealt with accordingly (feel free to insert one of my sayings "ban 'em all"); it's all in good fun. Now if someone gets chewed after asking a decent question or giving a decent answer, that's what gets my goat
